The number of sessions varies based on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Your plan will be discussed after your evaluation. On day one, we discuss an initial plan, but know that the plan can change if you need more skilled PT or less. I want you leaving DAY ONE at least 10% better.

Your first visit includes a detailed history, movement and postural assessment, core and pelvic floor evaluation, and a personalized treatment plan. Internal exams are optional and only performed with consent. Internal exams are quick when working with a confident clinician. They give us valuable information to help us determine what kind of treatment is best for you. Keep in mind, we can stop an internal exam at any time, just say the word!

We are a cash-based practice and do not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider.
A limited number of community-rate spots are available for individuals from lower-income households. Availability is limited.
Why cash-based? Because I love to spend extra time with my patients, and most insurance companies limit the amount of time we can spend with each patient. Expect your first session to be around 60-90 mins with follow-ups being ~60 minutes.

Internal exams are never required. We can assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction using external techniques and movement-based approaches. You can also start pelvic floor PT without the exam, then ask for one later! Also, I can coach you through a self exam at home if that is comfier for you.
