Our pelvic floor physical therapy evaluation is a comprehensive, one-on-one assessment designed to identify the root causes of your symptoms. Expect to see your therapist anywhere from 60-90 minutes for your first session.
Your session may include:
Movement Analysis: Evaluating how you move during daily activities.
Posture & Alignment Check: Assessing spinal and pelvic positioning.
Rib Cage Mobility: Checking breathing patterns and rib expansion.
Core Strength Testing: Evaluating how your deep core muscles work together.
Internal Pelvic Floor Assessment: A gentle, optional exam to assess pelvic floor muscle strength, tension, and coordination.

Each treatment session is tailored to your specific goals and builds on your evaluation findings. Sessions may include targeted manual therapy, pelvic floor and core exercises, breath work, and movement retraining to improve strength, mobility, and coordination. We also address posture, daily habits, and pressure management strategies to support long-term results. Your plan is individualized each visit to help you move, function, and feel better with confidence

Online coaching offers personalized, movement-based support through a monthly program with a three-month commitment. This option provides ongoing guidance focused on movement patterns, breathing, pelvic floor function, strength, and whole-body wellness, all delivered virtually. After your initial evaluation (whether in person or online), we will meet once per month virtually to make sure your are meeting your goals.
Coaching may be started from day one or integrated after an in-person initial evaluation, allowing care to remain flexible and supportive of your individual goals. This program is ideal for those seeking consistent, expert guidance and long-term progress from the comfort of home.
